1. Services Overview
Casablanca Cleaning Service LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking a service through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Cancellations
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Access: The client must ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are locked out, a lockout fee may apply.
3. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional processing fees.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, only re-cleans.
5. Safety & Liability
- Insurance: Casablanca Cleaning Service LLC is a fully insured company.
- Breakage/Damage: While we treat your home with extreme care, accidents can happen. We are limited to the actual replacement value of the damaged item. Please put away high-value jewelry or irreplaceable family heirlooms before our arrival.
- Safety: For the safety of our staff, we do not clean biohazardous materials (mold, pest infestations, human/animal waste) or move heavy furniture over 35 lbs.
6. Use of Personal Data
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to provide our services and communicate with you regarding your booking. We do not sell your data to third parties.
